Lillian Castro, RN

Lillian joins Aria bringing 36 years of experience in the medical field, with 16 years exclusively devoted to the field of aesthetic medicine. Lillian’s multi-faceted career started as a surgical technician, which eventually led her to pursuing a nursing degree. She has worked at several prestigious Connecticut Hospitals including St. Francis, Hartford Hospital, and the Southington Surgical Center as an Operating Room Nurse.

Although she enjoyed her tenure as an Operating Room Nurse, Lillian always had a passion for aesthetic medicine. She decided to pursue her goal for becoming an Advanced Aesthetic Injector and is certified in basic and advanced techniques from the Aesthetic Enhancement Institute, Epic and Allergan. Her advanced training has enabled her to become an expert cosmetic injector in the use of neuromodulators (Botox) and dermal fillers. In addition, she is also certified in Kybella and Micro-Dermal Infusion. Lillian has also had the opportunity to be exclusively trained for many years under a vascular surgeon in the removal of spider veins with sclerotherapy injections. Lillian is certified from Cynosure for performing laser and light therapies for skin rejuvenation. She also is trained in various other aesthetic treatments including PRP therapy for skin rejuvenation and stimulating hair growth follicles for thinning hair.

Lillian is very skilled in customizing treatments to create the perfect natural look that her clients desire. Her warm and spunky personality puts her clients at ease and her professional expertise always brings a smile to their face.

When she is not working, Lillian enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, dancing, and laughing with good friends.
